Job summary

EMA Training Ltd is seeking an Accountancy Trainer to deliver Levels 3 & 4 AAT and Level 7 ACCA/CIMA across our training programmes in the UK. You will bring real-world accounting experience to learners, help them build foundational and advanced skills, and support them through practical exercises, case studies and assessments.

No prior teaching experience is required; the role focuses on your industry knowledge, communication and mentoring ability.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification with relevant industry experience.
• Passion for finance and helping others succeed in their careers.
• Willingness to contribute to training delivery and learner development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training for Levels 3 & 4 AAT and Level 7 ACCA/CIMA.
• Share accounting expertise and practical industry knowledge with learners.
• Support learners through assessments and progression within finance qualifications.
