Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking two Accounting Technicians to join our finance team. One full-time, one full-time but term time only plus 2 weeks, with on-site visits to schools and a requirement for part AAT or equivalent qualification.

You will provide financial advice to head teachers and budget managers, manage your workload in a collaborative team, and contribute to high-quality financial support across the council during a 24-month fixed-term period.

Qualifications

• Minimum part AAT qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in a financial environment, preferably within the public sector.
• Proficiency in financial systems and processes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data.
