ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN
GBP27,000 PA
FULL TIME, PERMANENT
NOTTINGHAM CITY CENTRE, NG1

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounting Technician to join their client's city centre based team in Nottingham. This role is full time, permanent and is fully office based.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Implementing budgets on the accounting system
  2. Preparation of accounting pack to send to auditors
  3. Utility recharging
  4. Posting cash daily
  5. Bank reconciliations
  6. Transfers at the bank (all banks)
  7. Recharging of ad hoc charges
  8. Invoice processing
  9. Payment runs (Manual/Generated)
  10. Produce credit transfers
  11. Supplier reconciliations/final reminders
  12. Ad hoc duties
Desirable Qualifications:
  1. Microsoft Word and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (v-lookups and pivot tables)
  2. No less than 3 years of accounting experience
  3. Awareness of general accounting procedures, regulatory standards & compliance requirements
