Job Description:

The role is for you if:

1. You possess an accounting professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA, CA, ACCA or an international equivalent).
2. Strong accounting skills and technical knowledge on financial reporting matters including the ability to work from first principles.
3. Very good working knowledge of UK GAAP / IFRS and awareness of US GAAP.
4. IT literate, ideally with some experience of accounting packages and very good Excel spreadsheet skills.
5. Highly professional attitude to leading a quality service on challenging assignments in a deadline-driven environment, demonstrating flexibility in changing client environments.
6. Self-motivated with strong communication skills (written and oral).
7. Strong supervisory skills and ability to develop and coach staff, working in a team environment.
8. Able to manage teams to deliver large and complex finance and accounting projects.
