Gen II Fund Services is seeking an experienced Administrator to own the administration, configuration and ongoing improvement of accounting platforms. You will monitor incidents and service requests, ensure end-user satisfaction, and work with stakeholders to validate requirements for scalable solutions and a product roadmap.

In this role you will provide ongoing change control, maintenance, and end-user support, oversee software releases and UAT, and coordinate across time zones.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years administering accounting platforms.
• Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of integration points across business/systems.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Own the administration, configuration and ongoing improvement of accounting platforms.
• Monitor incidents and service requests to ensure end-user satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve data integrity across platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements for scalable solutions and product roadmap.
• Provide change control, maintenance, and end-user support.
• Oversee future system functionality, releases, and user acceptance testing.
• Interact across levels and time zones.
• Develop training for employees and managers to drive adoption.
• Participate in global process and system improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain procedures, guidelines, and reports.
