Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Post monthly journals and assist with general ledger activities.
  • Support payroll-related tasks including data analysis and reconciliations.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports.

What You'll Do
  • Post monthly journals and assist with general ledger activities

  • Support payroll-related finance tasks, including data analysis and reconciliation

  • Prepare and complete balance sheet reconciliations

  • Analyse data to support cash flow projections and financial reporting

  • Assist in preparing monthly P&L and budgeting forecasts

  • Support statutory accounts preparation for the Group

  • Aid year-end close and audit procedures

  • Manage and analyse payroll and accounting data sets, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

About You
  • Part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or qualified Accounting Technician (ATI / IATI)

  • Experience in accounting or finance support roles, ideally with payroll exposure

  • Exposure to large data sets
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)

  • Experience in professional services or a fast-paced environment preferred

  • Proactive with strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
