Job summary

BREWER MORRIS is seeking an experienced Manager in Accounting & Business Services to lead client engagements and develop high-performing teams. You will deliver exceptional service across a diverse portfolio and own projects from planning through delivery, while maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualification, UK GAAP/FRS 102 knowledge, and proven people management experience in a professional services

We're partnering with a growing professional services firm to recruit an experienced Manager to lead client engagements, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional service across a diverse portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building trusted client relationships, taking ownership of projects from planning through to delivery, and playing an active role in growing a business.

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of clients, oversee the delivery of complex assignments, review and guide the work of junior team members, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll also act as a key point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to add value.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with commercial awareness and people leadership skills.
