Finance Officer –What You’ll Be Doing:

• Processing of supplier invoices.
• Processing of staff expense claims.
• Preparation of journals.
• Assist with daily reporting including nostro reconciliations and liquidity reporting.
• Preparation of various monthly/quarterly reports for UK regulators & Head Office.
• Support on tax reporting (Corporation Tax, VAT and BBSI).
• Support on key projects including UAT.
• Comfortable supporting a wide range of stakeholders across the bank.
• Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity.
• Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work.

Finance Officer -The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Accounting experience in a banking or financial services organisation.
• T24 (core banking system) experience would be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Quick learner.
• Accurate with attention to detail, diligent, and organised approach to work.
• Good communication skills.
• Good team player.
