We are searching for an experienced Accounting, Insight and Advisory Manager. Make an Impact at RSM UK.

Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a major role in driving the firm's growth with over 1,700 people delivering nearly £200m revenue.

At the heart of Consulting are six solutions: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. These solutions support our clients' strategic goals and empower our people to make an impact and develop their careers.

We are looking for a Manager to join our Accounting and Business Advisory (ABA) team in Leeds, Newcastle, Manchester, Preston, Liverpool, Stoke, or Chester. This role is within our Accounting, Insight and Advisory (AIA) team, managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors.

You will:

• Manage the AIA team, developing team members through coaching, training, and mentoring.
• Manage a client portfolio, including budgeting, cost management, and billing, primarily reporting under FRS102 and FRS105.
• Project manage engagements, including timelines, team management, process reviews, and delivery.
• Plan resources, own risk management, and communicate with clients to build strong relationships.

What we are looking for:

• Fully Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA
• Experience with UK GAAP and financial reporting
• Strong technical skills, including FRS 102 and FRS 105
• Knowledge of Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or other cloud accounting packages
