We are searching for an experienced Accounting, Insight and Advisory Manager.

RSM’s Finance Function Support (FFS) team provides corporate accounting services to national and multinational corporations, focusing on compliance and operational insights.

The Private Business finance support team offers services including bookkeeping, management accounts, and VAT returns.

We are looking for a Manager to join our team in Bristol, Reading, Guildford, Milton Keynes, or Leicester. You will manage a client portfolio, oversee management reporting, and maintain strong client relationships.

You’ll make an impact by:

  1. Managing a client portfolio, including billing and WIP management
  2. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of management accounts, VAT returns, and other reports
  3. Resolving client issues related to finance functions and systems
  4. Supervising junior staff in reconciliations and ledger activities
  5. Handling international issues such as VAT, multi-currency, and taxation
What we are looking for:

  1. Is fully qualified ACA/ACCA or has minimum 10 years QBE
  2. Has experience in a professional practice or finance support team
  3. Has supervisory experience, including training and performance management
  4. Understands UK financial reporting requirements
