We are searching for an experienced Accounting, Insight & Advisory Assistant Manager.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will support the Managers within our Accounting and Insight Advisory team in Glasgow/Edinburgh for the profitable running of client portfolios. You will work with a team of staff to ensure the highest standards of client service and participate in business development activities.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Ensuring that jobs are completed to the highest standard, within internal budgets, and discussing material points with senior staff and clients.
  • Planning assignments according to firm procedures, confirming arrangements, costs, and billing.
  • Taking a supervisory role on assignments as required.
  • Coaching and developing staff to deliver quality service.

What we are looking for:

  • Newly ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Good understanding of UK financial reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge of Sage and Xero is beneficial.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to add value.
  • Strong accounts production skills.
  • Experience with CCH Accounts Production is desirable but not essential.
