RSM’s Outsourcing team, within the Accounting and Financial Reporting department provide finance function and management accounting services. Our Newcastle and Reading team work with a range of multinational clients, including technology and pharmaceutical sector, and currently have a vacancy for a high-quality accounts assistant/purchase ledger clerk to fill an Outsourcing Assistant role.
As an Accounting & Financial Reporting Assistant, you will support the Outsourcing Senior in delivering a premium client service processing. Typical tasks in role include entering purchase ledger invoices and employee expenses, managing and reconciling vendor accounts, executing purchase payments and performing bank reconciliations.
