We are searching for an experienced Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager.

We seek an Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager to support our accounting and financial reporting team in Manchester. Responsibilities include preparing statutory financial statements for large and medium companies and advising clients on financial reporting. Clients span sectors such as retail, media, technology, travel, manufacturing, and PE-backed entities. You will build strong relationships with Partners and Directors, serving as a trusted advisor.

You will:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering premium service and contributing to department growth through business development.
• Provide GAAP support and advisory services, assisting non-Audit clients with their audit processes.
• Maintain strong knowledge of FRS102, FRS101, and Companies Act reporting requirements.
• Oversee AFR team performance, setting objectives and development plans for junior staff.
