Accounting and Financial Reporting Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Financial Reporting Associate Director to join our Leeds office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the delivery of accounting and financial reporting services for a portfolio of clients, collaborating with other service lines, and reporting to Client Relationship Partners.
  • Participating in business development activities, including working with partners on business plans and lead generation.
  • Managing project working capital, including budgeting, billing, and debt recovery.
  • Resource planning, team briefing, coaching, and development to ensure a premium client experience.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
  • Experience with complex UK GAAP reporting, including group reorganisations and consolidations.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio within a professional practice.
  • Proven line management and coaching skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues quickly.
