We arelooking for an Accounting and Financial Reporting Associate Director (SeniorManager level) to work within our ‘Accounting and Financial Reporting’ team inour Birminghamoffice. You will manage and lead as a trusted advisor on a portfolio of clientsranging from statutory compliance, agreed upon procedures, client secondmentsand accounting support, for large and medium companies. Acting for clientsacross a range of sectors including retail, media and technology, travel, manufacturingand PE backed entities we are looking for someone who is also passionate aboutdeveloping business with new clients and has experience of coaching anddeveloping teams.

You'llmake an impact by:

Leading the delivery of aportfolio of clients, always providing a premium service, whilst taking anactive role in the growth of the department through the identification ofopportunities and associated business development activities.

Having a strong awareness ofIFRS, FRS102, FRS101 and Companies Act reporting requirements.

Managing the working capitalof projects, including budgeting, cost management, billing and debtrecoverability.

Having a key focus onbusiness development, working with the Partner Group on business plans andparticipating in targeting and lead generation.

Managing relevant AFR teams’performance, ensuring appropriate objectives set and development plans inplace for junior members.
