We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Technician with payroll experience to join our Finance Team at our Head Office based in Newry. Responsibilities
  • Support monthly management accounts and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Process payroll accurately, including starters, leavers, and salary changes.
  • Prepare BACS and PAYE payments, ensuring strict confidentiality and deadlines.
  • Collate time and attendance data for payroll and reporting.
  • Handle payroll queries professionally, providing excellent service to employees.
Requirements
  • Has strong communication and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Works well under pressure and maintains accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Brings solid payroll knowledge and experience using payroll software.
  • Is discreet, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Works collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
  • Has experience with time management systems and is confident using Excel.
  • Holds an IATI qualification or has equivalent practical experience.
