If you're an accountant with some UK practice experience ready to take the next step into a Semi Senior role in Bradford, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Our client is looking for a driven and passionate candidate who is AAT qualified and who is now ready to start studying for their ACCA/ACA or already on their way. In return, they can offer a salary of 28,000 along with financial study support. Additionally, they offer a genuine opportunity for mentorship and career development.

The role will involve providing accounting services to a wide range of clients across various business sectors. Duties include:

• Preparation of statutory year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
• Basic knowledge of personal and corporate taxation.
• Liaising with clients regarding accounts, tax returns, and other financial matters.
• Preparation of management accounts.
• Responding to ad hoc client queries via telephone or email.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are AAT qualified, or are qualified by experience.
• Have good basic knowledge across accountancy services and some experience of working in UK chartered practice.
• Have experience with accounting software such as Iris, Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage.
• Can work independently to meet deadlines.
• Have a friendly, confident manner, with the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
