Qualifications

• Experience in settlements and/or reconciliations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with good judgement.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, to analyse data and produce reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage NAP Platform and US Scheme settlement processes with accuracy and timely reporting.
• Review, validate, and approve standard journals; prepare and post complex journals as required.
• Lead investigations into complex settlement discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Produce weekly and monthly MI and executive reporting packs for decision-making.
• Coordinate and prioritise team activities; allocate workloads and resources effectively.
• Delegate daily tasks and provide direction to team members to meet objectives.
• Coach team through training gaps and errors; monitor workloads to meet SLAs and KPIs.
