Job description

A Channel Islands accountancy practice, part of an international group, is seeking a qualified Accountant Consultant in Jersey. This is an interesting and challenging role.

To apply, you must be a qualified CA, ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent with a good background in audit and accounting. The successful candidate will be seconded to the firm’s client and play a key role in their finance and administration operations.

The role responsibilities include financial reporting, management accounts, accounting operations, adhoc projects, and training staff on accounting practices and systems. Strong proficiency in accounting, accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage, Xero), and MS Office, particularly Excel, is required, as well as a minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting and audit.
