The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, compliance, and reporting, with the ability to integrate financial strategy into business decision-making. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably within the property or real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
• Strong understanding of South African financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
