This position is ideal for a part-qualified accountant looking to broaden their experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly cash forecasts and assist in short-term cash flow planning.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate invoice handling.
  • Support preparation of monthly management accounts, including journals, reconciliations, and analytical review.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for group entities.
  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly VAT submissions for the UK business.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives under guidance of the Group Financial Accountant.
  • Provide support on ad hoc finance projects, board pack prep, audit assistance, and query resolution.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Background in accounts payable and exposure to management accounts preparation.
  • Experience in a multi-entity and/or international environment is a plus.

  • Self-motivated and able to manage workload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communicator, collaborative mindset, and comfort working across departments.
  • Open to change and enthusiastic about process improvement.
