About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental London corporate office, we are seeking an Accountant responsible for:

  • Booking Receipts: Ensure accurate and timely recording of all incoming receipts on the ledgers.
  • Calculating Commission Income: Calculate and record commission income based on contractual terms and performance data.
  • Payments: Process supplier, Homeowners, and other payments in line with company policies.
  • Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of bank, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts.
  • Reporting: Prepare financial and management reports to support business decision-making. Liaise with outsourced accounting and tax firms, and prepare and submit the corporate entities reporting onto the Group reporting system.
  • Budget/Forecast: Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional finance-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager to support departmental needs and business priorities.
