Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment are supporting a Gloucestershire-based manufacturer seeking an Accountant from a production, manufacturing or engineering background for a varied, autonomous role in a modern, friendly office near Gloucester. In this Monday-Fri, 8am-5pm position you will manage finance control, accounting and financial reporting, with close engagement to Production and Purchasing teams.

• Background in manufacturing/production is preferred.
• Qualified (AAT or similar) required.
• Commutable to Gloucestershire or Gloucestershire-based location.

Are you an Accountant from a Production, Manufacturing or Engineering background looking for a highly varied, autonomous and secure position?

On offer is a great opportunity where you will play a vital role in the businesses financial operations, coupled with good training and progression.

The client are a Manufacturer of high-spec Engineering products. They are globally backed by a Multi-million pound business.

This will be a Monday - Friday days based role out of their modern and friendly work office. You will play a key role in managing the business financial processes and accounting systems. This will also have close engagement with the Production and Purchasing teams.

The role would suit an Accountant who is looking to develop and progress while becoming a valued member of the accounts team to maximise company revenue.

The role:

• Complete finance control, accounting and financial reporting.
• Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm).
• Standalone role with Admin support.

The person:

• Experienced Accountant.
• Manufacturing / Production experience.
• Qualified (AAT or similar).
• Commutable to Gloucestershire.
