Job summary

Atelier Ten, part of the SJ Group, is seeking an ambitious Accountant to join the Group Finance team. This role covers group reporting, consolidation, forecasting and financial analysis across our international business.

You will work with finance teams globally, support senior management reporting and contribute to our ERP rollout and system improvements. Excellent Excel and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or newly qualified in CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.
• Experience with major ERP and reporting systems is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly group reporting and consolidation.
• Prepare reporting packs for the parent company.
• Produce monthly management reports and support forecasts.
• Maintain group reporting across cash flow, treasury and performance.
• Assist with annual budgeting and intercompany reconciliations.
• Collaborate with global offices to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support audit and statutory reporting processes.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes.
• Support ERP rollout including UAT and data validation.

What is this role on a high level?

We are looking for an ambitious Accountant to join our Group Finance team. This is a broad role supporting group reporting, consolidation, forecasting and financial analysis across an international business.

You will work closely with finance teams across our global offices, support senior management reporting and play a role in improving our finance systems and processes, including the rollout of our new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the monthly group reporting and consolidation process.
• Assist with preparing reporting packs for the parent company.
• Produce monthly management reports and support rolling forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain group reporting across cash flow, treasury, order book, new business and operational performance.
• Complete balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations and support month-end close.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process.
• Work with finance teams across our global offices to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Support the annual audit and statutory reporting process.
• Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate and streamline reporting processes.
• Support the rollout of the new ERP system, including UAT and data validation.

About You

You will be an ambitious finance professional looking to build your career in group finance and reporting.

Ideally, you will have:

• Part-qualified or newly qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with systems such as SAP S/4HANA, NAV/Dynamics 365, OneStream, Harvest or Xero would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confidence working with colleagues and stakeholders across an international business.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility.
