Job description

At Integra People, we are currently seeking a skilled Accountant to manage our financial accounts and support our continued success. As part of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity of our business and providing vital financial insights to guide our strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare accurate and timely financial accounts.
  2. Create, review, and maintain budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  3. Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with legal regulations.
  4. Compile detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  5. Analyse accounting data to identify trends, discrepancies, and variances, and propose solutions.
  6. Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports to support decision-making.
  7. Investigate accounting discrepancies and explore potential issues to maintain financial integrity.
  8. Provide financial planning and advisory support to Senior Directors.
  9. Assist in the preparation of income and expenditure accounts and payments.
  10. Ensure all reporting deadlines are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  4. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  5. Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is desirable.
