Jenson Fisher are delighted to be recruiting an Accounts Senior to join our client, an established firm of Chartered Accountants in Dundee, on a permanent, full-time basis. Our client is a thriving, medium-sized accountancy practice based in the heart of Dundee that possesses a diverse client base across multiple sectors, with a team culture built on collaboration, high standards, and delivering real value to their ever-expanding client base.

Reporting into the Partners, the Accounts Senior will be passionate about producing high-quality accounts and be confident working directly with clients. This role will involve ZERO audit and on a day-to-day basis your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts production for clients across multiple industry sectors.
• Completing draft financial statements for clients.
• Preparation of VAT returns, bookkeeping, and management accounts for clients including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
• Working using various software packages including Sage, Xero, Iris, and Quickbooks.
• Resolving client queries as they arise.
• Attending clients' premises as required.

The successful Accounts Senior will be in possession of their full accounting qualification (ACCA/CA or equivalent), although consideration will be given to those currently working through their studies.
