Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all incoming receipts on the ledgers.
  • Calculate and record commission income based on contractual terms and performance data.
  • Process supplier, Homeowners and other payments in line with company policies.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts.
  • Prepare financial and management reports to support business decision-making.
  • Liase with outsourced accounting and tax firms, prepare and submit the corporate entities reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Perform additional finance-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Based at the Mandarin Oriental London corporate office, we are seeking an Accountant who will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all incoming receipts on the ledgers.
  • Calculate and record commission income based on contractual terms and performance data.
  • Process supplier, Homeowners and other payments in line with company policies.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts.
  • Prepare financial and management reports to support business decision-making.
  • Liase with outsourced accounting and tax firms, prepare and submit the corporate entities reporting onto Group reporting system
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Perform additional finance-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager to support departmental needs and business priorities.
