Artemis Human Capital is exclusively partnering with a key client to appoint a qualified accountant in a newly created role. This role is pivotal to the firm\'s future growth plans and sits as the Director\'s "number 2" in the team structure. The Job

Working directly alongside the firm\'s director of accounting, you will support the firm\'s long-standing and diverse client portfolio. There is no audit required in this role; instead your role will focus on accounts preparation, tax returns, and mentorship of junior team members. You will liaise directly with clients ensuring excellent relationships are maintained & developed. This role will also provide the opportunity to get involved in advisory work when required.

Candidate Criteria

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will ideally possess the following:

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Previous experience working within a practice setting is essential.
• Ambitious & driven individual with a proactive approach to work.
• Excellent communication & organisational skills.
• Experience in a management or leadership role would be preferred, but this is not essential.
