Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied client portfolio including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, each with different turnovers and complexities.
• Oversee and provide accounts and tax advice for OMB clients, including planning.
• Review accounts and tax work for Ltd companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
• Maintain direct contact with clients.
• Contribute to the practice's marketing efforts.
• Assist in shaping the strategic direction of the practice.
• Supervise and manage staff.

Requirements:

• Possess ACA or ACCA qualifications, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a practice setting.
• Previous roles as a Manager, Senior Manager, or Partner within an accountancy practice, demonstrating your expertise.
• Experience in client management, people management, or business development is advantageous.
