They focus on permanent placements in SME accountancy firms across the North East of England. The role involves working five days a week in the office initially, then transitioning to four days a week with one day at home after a probationary period. The company offers flexible start and finish times, particularly for those with family commitments. They consider recruiters at all career levels and offer a salary between £30k - £50k, depending on experience. This is a mature, trusting business that provides support, training, and tools to enhance your billing potential, with no KPIs or micro-management.
