Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Accountancy & Finance recruiter in Leeds. They focus on permanent placements in private practice accountancy firms across the wider Yorkshire area. The role offers hybrid working with flexibility in start and finish times. They consider recruiters at all career levels and offer a salary between £30k - £50k, depending on experience. The company is mature and trusting, providing support, training, and tools to enhance your billing potential. There are no KPIs or micro-management.

Candidate Requirements

You must have at least 12 months of experience in a similar role as a 360-degree billing recruiter, including business development, contract negotiation, sourcing, and placing suitable candidates. You should be capable of developing existing clients and winning new business.
