We are looking for an Account Technology Strategist (ATS) to join our team, focusing on Local Government customers in England. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, helping our customers navigate their digital journeys and achieve their business goals.

Working with your Account Executives and leveraging your multi-functional V-Team across the Microsoft product portfolio and partner offerings, you will build and grow relationships with technology executives within your customers and bring industry-relevant solutions to help them adopt AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize business insights and orchestrate teams to deliver solutions, applying deep expertise and thought leadership.
• Act as a "Chief Technology Officer" for your accounts, providing thought leadership, leveraging knowledge of Microsoft's solutions, industry, and customer needs, and representing the voice of the customer (VOC).
• Lead technology strategy formulation by aligning customer needs with technology solutions, executing digital transformation, creating technology roadmaps, and translating business objectives into technical plans.
• Develop and drive opportunities, present solutions to customers, and create demand. Coach peers on opportunity creation and mapping Microsoft priorities.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives using corporate and industry resources, partnering with senior executives to demonstrate the benefits of Microsoft technology over competitors.
• Map customer requirements and business scenarios to Microsoft platforms, orchestrate teams and partners, and ensure demand generation and best practices in account planning.
• Deliver industry and technology briefings to senior decision-makers, using readiness resources and creating enablement plans.

Qualifications include experience in technical consulting, consultative selling, business consulting, or practice building. Industry experience in the UK Public Sector is preferred, with familiarity with its challenges and dynamics. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of driving digital transformation and using technology to achieve business outcomes. A customer-centric mindset and the ability to propose tailored solutions are essential.
