A dynamic print and communications company in Greater London seeks an Account Management Team Leader. The successful candidate will oversee a team of around 10, manage client accounts, and closely collaborate with various operational teams. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
A print and communications business offering a range of services to a wide variety of markets is looking for someone to oversee their account management team of circa 10 people.
Job Purpose:
Oversee and manage the account management team
Work closely with and support the operations managers
Assist with the continual development of the account management team
Work closely with the business development team to identify and exploit all existing client opportunities
Job fairs
Work closely with the operations directors with the on-boarding of new opportunities
Key responsibilities:
Flexible and diligent
Good work ethic and attitude
Excellent communication skills at all levels, up and down the hierarchy
