As a Placement Year Student, you can expect to:

1. Source candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for our clients.
2. Write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients' needs.
3. Conduct searches via our database, incoming applications, job boards, and various online tools.
4. Interact with clients to assist them with their recruitment needs.
5. Build your own network of talented candidates.
6. Be a brand ambassador for the world's largest HR solutions business.
7. Have a network of placement year students to connect with across the UK.
