Salary: £35,000 + (DOE)

Are you seeking an Account Senior role in Glasgow? Puro Associates are looking for an experienced Account Senior with personal tax expertise to join an independent, friendly practice in central Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Senior or an assistant/semi-senior seeking the next step in their career within a supportive chartered firm.

Responsibilities of an Account Senior include but are not limited to:

• Managing your own portfolio of clients
• Providing expert financial guidance and support
• Accounts preparation, both statutory and management, FRS 105 and FRS 102 1A
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Preparing VAT returns and managing bookkeeping tasks for a diverse range of clients
• Monitoring and supervising junior staff members
• Personal tax

Our ideal Account Senior will be:

• ACCA/ACA/AAT or ATT Qualified or QBE
• Experienced in both personal tax and accounts
• Having at least 3-4 years of experience within a UK Accountancy Practice
