We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive within the automotive or finance space to join an award-winning motor finance company in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.

The role offers a fantastic salary backage up to within your 1st year while you train and get up to speed and then £50, OTE in Year 2 with unlimited earning potential. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Guiding customers through their dream car purchase by securing the perfect finance package from a panel of 20 lenders
  • Building meaningful relationships with warm leads-no cold calling
  • Delivering 5-star service at every step of the customer journey
  • Becoming the go-to contact for customers when it's time for their next vehicle
  • Acting as a trusted expert in a business that values your experience

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in sales, ideally in the motor trade or car finance sector
  • The confidence to pick up the phone, hold great conversations, and close deals
  • A team mindset with the hunger to smash targets
  • Experience working in FCA-regulated environments (a bonus, but not essential)
  • A minimum of 2 years in a target-driven sales environment. Experience in similar roles such as Sales Executive, Sales Agent, Account Manager, Account Executive, Telesales Advisor would be welcomed.
