Job Purpose
The main feature of this role is to be responsible for preparing and issuing effective client and CBRE reports, collecting and collating necessary data across a global account, and producing high-quality insights into the performance of the account.
Key Responsibilities
Education
Good basic education to GCSE (or equivalent standard) which includes an English and Maths qualification. Higher educational qualifications to A Level/HNC/D/GNVQ would be beneficial.
Training
Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Experience in using/creating in Power BI & SmartSheet would be an advantage. Experience of using Finance Support Systems and CMMS systems is desirable.
Experience
Experience of a similar role – being able to demonstrate high-quality data gathering, analysis, and reporting. Well-developed communication skills enabling the individual to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities.
