Are you currently working as an Account Relationship Manager or are you wanting to transition from Veterinary Practice into a unique and exciting role to build relationships and offer support to Veterinary practices across the South East of England? Then look no further. We are seeking a dynamic, organised and results-driven professional to join our team as an Account Relationship Manager. In this hybrid role, you will support client success by providing strategic coaching, managing key accounts, and delivering impactful training sessions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for helping businesses grow and individuals thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow performance for all accounts within your territory in line with company targets
  • Conduct regular business reviews with decision makers
  • Tailor communication based on specific customer needs
  • Conduct coaching & deliver lunch & learns to practices based on their learning needs
  • Reach set KPIs and growth targets
  • Identify challenges and growth opportunities, offering actionable advice and accountability

Requirements:

  • Full clean driving licence
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively

Package:

£32,000 base with excellent benefits. This role is a 15-month maternity cover.
