We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Accounts Receivable Assistant at our Bedford HQ. Working Monday to Friday, you&ll be paid £26,000.

Purpose of the role

As a key member the accounts receivable team, you will ensure efficient and measurable collection of customer accounts. To ensure payments are received to terms and issues resolved in a timely manner to sustain the companies& cash flow

How you will make as an Accounts Receivables Assistant at Movianto:

• Monitoring incoming payments and ensuring they're correctly applied to customer accounts
• Resolving queries around outstanding balances
• Managing customer credit limits and highlighting high-risk accounts
• Handling dunning letters and responding to customer queries
• Supporting client onboarding and internal finance projects
• Working with our claims team to help settle invoices and resolve disputes
• Assisting with direct debit and other cash collection methods
• Maintaining and improving AR policies, processes, and controls
• Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Supporting system testing, reporting and ad hoc finance tasks as needed

What it will take to thrive as an Accounts Receivables Assistant at Movianto:

• Experience in a similar accounts receivable or credit control role
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud is a plus
• Strong credit management background
• Understanding of the logistics sector
• Confident under pressure with a professional phone manner
• Familiar with corporate finance policies
• Flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with diverse teams and customers
