Job Description

Why you’ll love working for Creation

We are an industry leading full service Brand Experience group that produces and executes an exciting portfolio of projects with a range of flagship clients. Since 2012 we have been disrupters of the experiential marketing and live event industry, managing client projects from concept through to delivery.

Creation is founded around four key service offerings - Creative, Production, Live and Asset & Inventory Management which enable us to offer our clients a turn key solution to deliver stand out brand experiences. We focus on creative, solution-led, high quality outputs and through integrity, passion and a one team mentality we are trusted by our clients to create and deliver the impossible. We dedicate ourselves to fostering a collaborative environment where our employees are continuously striving for excellence, innovation and professional growth, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to contribute, thrive and make a meaningful impact.

This approach has set us apart from agencies in our field, leading to record breaking growth and recognition as one of the fastest growing companies both in the UK and Europe (Financial Times - FT 1000, Sunday Times Top 100, FEBE) for the last three consecutive years. We are also Silver-accredited by Ecovadis which recognises companies for their sustainability practices and their commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policies.

Why you’ll love this job

This is a hands-on, high-energy role at the heart of one of our most exciting client accounts - Red Bull. You’ll work closely with a dynamic brand that values creativity, speed, and flawless execution.

As Account & Project Manager, you’ll report into the Account Director and be involved in everything from early-stage planning and client comms to on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up. No two days look the same - one moment you’re shaping a creative proposal, the next you’re walking a site or managing suppliers in the field.

You’ll thrive here if you’re highly organised, solutions-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams with energy and positivity. This is a role for someone who’s just as happy presenting to a client as they are rolling up their sleeves at an activation.

You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that values trust, ownership, and getting the job done - and you’ll get to be part of a company that delivers work we’re genuinely proud of.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the client, building strong relationships through proactive communication
  • Plan and execute live and experiential campaigns, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and project scope, keeping all stakeholders aligned throughout
  • Translate client briefs into clear deliverables and internal action plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, production, and logistics teams to bring ideas to life
  • Lead on-site delivery, acting as both the client’s representative and production lead
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, tracking key milestones and financial performance
  • Coordinate suppliers, crew, and third-party partners, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Lead post-event processes including reconciliation, debriefs, and case study creation
  • Support new business development through input on proposals, estimates, and presentations

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in account and/or project management within events or experiential marketing
  • Confident managing high-profile clients in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Strong communicator able to manage expectations, resolve challenges, and maintain trust
  • In-depth understanding of production processes and live activation delivery
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisation and multitasking capabilities
  • Commercially savvy with demonstrable experience managing budgets
  • Solutions-oriented, calm under pressure, and proactive - especially in live environments
  • Comfortable using cloud-based tools and collaborative platforms (Google Suite )
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel or work flexible hours when required
  • Experience managing global or high-visibility accounts is a plus
  • Familiarity with temporary structures, AV, scenic, and logistics overlays
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Vectorworks)

What we offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Discretionary Annual Bonus Scheme based on Company and personal performance
  • Pension contributions
  • 28 days (including Bank Holidays) that will increase by 1 day per annum up to a maximum of 38 days
  • Enhanced Parental, Family and Special Leave
  • Macbook and IT equipment/ancillaries as required
  • Skills & training opportunities
