We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Account Pricing Coordinator to join our busy team based in Holywell.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day pricing in your area, with a growing knowledge of our product ranges that will help meet the individual needs of our customers. You will generally be the first point of contact for pricing requests & have the responsibility for ensuring all prices are within our agreed contribution parameters & any notes regarding extra charges are correctly displayed to the customer. Liaise closely with your Area Sales Manager to discuss pricing levels on major projects & feedback customer comments on level of prices to Managers to allow us to continually monitor our competitiveness in the UK market. To process quotations according to customer/ASM requirements in a timely & accurate manner. You will create/update and cleanse data within our CRM systems with all information gathered or requested.
You will liaise with a variety of commercial & operational departments to fulfil customer requests & ensure quotations are completed within our targeted KPI. Independently organising, prioritising & triaging alongside managing workload, ensuring accuracy of details. Closing of open opportunities when orders are received to ensure accurate reporting is available to management.
Complete information searches which include previous databases to assist various companies in obtaining what has been supplied & then present all findings in an easy-to-read format. You will check specifications are in line with compliance regulations & utilise problem-solving skills to find the best price for the customer when non-standards are requested.
What will you be doing?
• Triage inbound emails.
• Log number of orders & metreage for price list customers.
• Work through self-set tasks and update CRM system.
• Issue quotations & follow up including information gathering.
• General housekeeping of CRM system.
• Forecast & monitor opportunities in your area to establish successful contractors, and in conjunction with your Area Sales Manager negotiate with contractors to secure orders (optimising sales and contribution).
• Meeting and achieving KPI’s with the motivation and enthusiasm to surpass expectations
• Providing support and holiday cover for other members of the team
• Perform any further associated tasks as required by management or the needs of the business.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 50001 accreditations and all other certifications currently in place, including CE marking.
o Report compliance concerns, issues, and failures.
o Participate in training as required.
• Ensure site adherence to and operation of the Compliance Management System responsibilities within ISO 37301 Clause 5 sections 5.3.3., 5.3.4., the company handbook and Code of Conduct.

• Experience of Glenigan & Salesforce would be advantageous.
• Proven knowledge and experience of working in a fast-paced customer focused environment, ideally manufacturing or construction.
• Highly organised with proven data input experience & accuracy.
• Proven sales experience, building customer relations & negotiating alongside good business acumen.
• Able to show confidence to introduce yourself as a representative of Kingspan to secure new work and exchange information, whilst maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers
