You will join our Stockport Head Office, home to 18 showrooms, a Conference Centre, staff Wellness Hub, state-of-the-art gym with Peloton bikes and extensive equipment, an indoor astroturf pitch, chat boxes, and creative spaces. Our team of over 350 employees works across various departments including Brand, Sports Marketing, Marketing Activations, Visual Merchandising, Sales, Account Operations, Finance, HR, and more.

What You'll Do

As an Account Operations Specialist, you will operate in a fast-paced environment managing our key wholesale partners' operational needs. Your role involves collaborating with multiple departments and customers to secure, track, and deliver accurate orderbooks.

You will proactively identify new ways of working and drive change, with a strong focus on attention to detail, problem-solving, and prioritization.

Other Responsibilities Include

• Collaborate with supply chain to meet specific customer requirements
• Maximize additional business opportunities with sales managers and customers
• Ensure timely delivery of launch-sensitive products by working cross-functionally to track progress and meet deadlines
• Support sales in the monthly forecasting process
