Employee Assistance Programme
Provide an excellent customer experience through full ownership of all sales administrative tasks including the accurate and timely processing of sales orders and directly interacting with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments.
Responsibilities:Ownership of any customer related administration including the use of Portals, customer feeds and back order management
Ensure all orders/ amendments/ reports are actioned within agreed SLA’s, providing an exceptional level of service to the customer
Develop strong and professional relationships with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments
Take responsibility for ensuring any escalations are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
Take on any other duties as requested by their line manager to support the sales function to achieve agreed KPI’s
