TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Caterpillar Account Manager to drive revenue growth in a defined territory. This role involves managing customer relationships, developing strategic plans, and participating in contract negotiations. The successful candidate will have a technical or business degree and relevant experience, particularly in the Caterpillar industry.

The Caterpillar Account Manager is an outside sales person who is responsible for revenue growth in a defined territory, region, and industry/technology. The Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of demand creation through having an entrepreneur mindset, building strong customer relationships through ECE, and managing internal and external stakeholders. This may include developing and/or supporting the pipeline through customer/distributor visits, promotion of product through training and functioning as a project manager. In addition, this individual is responsible for providing forecast accuracy through the S&OP process and will also participate in contract negotiations.
Location: TE Customer area is Mid-West(Remote with 50-75% business travel)

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $90,300 - $135,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
