Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Account Manager - Web and Enterprise located in Golden Cross. In this role, you will manage client accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include conducting client needs analysis, developing strategies to meet client objectives, overseeing project execution, and maintaining regular client follow-up. Additionally, you will work closely with design, manufacturing, and delivery teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on time.

• Strong account management and client relationship skills
• Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Knowledge in corrugated packaging solutions and sustainable packaging
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the packaging industry is a plus
