Our client is a small but growing business-to-business membership club that provides a range of support and benefits to businesses designed to help them grow and promote themselves. They facilitate connections among like-minded individuals to enable business owners to collaborate, share opportunities, and promote their businesses through events and networking opportunities.

Role Overview

This is a newly created role serving as the key point of contact for members, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering loyalty and satisfaction. You will learn about members' businesses and explore their needs, developing relationships and building trust to anticipate future requirements and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Responsibilities

  1. Nurture and develop positive relationships with members
  2. Be the first point of contact for membership enquiries
  3. Make introductory and engagement calls, proactively engaging and listening to members
  4. Understand members' businesses, goals, and ambitions
  5. Identify opportunities for members and with members
  6. Use the Salesforce/CRM system
  7. Explain products and services and find solutions to meet needs
  8. Maintain relationships, aiming to speak to members once a month with purpose
  9. Stay informed of new products, services, and benefits
  10. Collaborate with the sales team and 'introducer' network
  11. Maintain accurate records of members to enable excellent customer outcomes
  12. Generate leads from existing members and upsell services
  13. Chase outstanding invoices and handle related queries

Candidate Profile

Candidates with previous experience in account management or relationship management will be prioritized.

Salary depends on experience.
