JOB TITLE: Account Manager

CONTRACT: Full time, permanent

HOURS: Monday - Thursday working hours from 8:30-5:00/ Friday 8.30- 3.30

START: ASAP

SALARY: £27,000-£33,000 + Commission

LOCATION: Poole

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients


• Handling sales enquiries and managing the full sales cycle with confidence and care


• Supporting clients with their needs, following up on quotes, and ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks


• Spotting and developing growth opportunities-you'll help take the business to the next level


• Leading and mentoring a Sales Administrator, keeping the team aligned and motivated


• Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals that work for everyone


• And so much more! In a small, agile company, you'll wear many hats and gain exposure to all areas of the business

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in account management or sales


• Strong customer service background


• Experience managing or mentoring team members


• Confident in handling quotes, pricing, and negotiations


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Organised and detail-oriented
