The Account Manager acts as the primary contact and representative of STARLIMS to customers, focusing on enhancing profitability, increasing loyalty, securing retention, and expanding value. They serve as a trusted partner, demonstrating integrity and honesty, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through direct engagement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  2. Generate additional revenue by managing opportunities effectively.
  3. Drive profitable revenue and close deals within targeted accounts.
  4. Understand customer goals, objectives, and strategies.
  5. Collaborate with sales specialists to deliver compelling product presentations.
  6. Design and deliver tailored solutions to improve customer outcomes.
  7. Sell comprehensive solutions to target accounts, including upselling and renewals.
  8. Develop deep understanding of customer needs and decision-making processes.
  9. Maintain relationships with decision makers and influencers to support sales growth and retention.
  10. Analyze market trends affecting customers.
  11. Create strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  12. Negotiate long-term contracts for sustained commitments.
  13. Respond professionally and promptly to RFIs and RFPs.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science, IT, or Business.
