We are a young, lively, and enthusiastic TikTok Shop agency, based in London, with a hybrid working rhythm. Our team is dedicated to helping brands maximise their presence and sales on TikTok. We are passionate about driving growth and innovation in the e-commerce space, and we are seeking an ambitious paid media executive to lead our client success initiatives and elevate the growth of TikTok Shops across our portfolio.

Position: Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and optimise our clients' TikTok Shops. You will leverage your expertise and experience to support multiple brands, driving revenue growth and enhancing their presence on TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing TikTok Shops, preferably from a leading brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Management:

  1. Outreach and monitor clients’ affiliate centres on TikTok Shop.
  2. Onboard and nurture affiliates for clients on TikTok (including managing the Lark chats and creating affiliate communities).
  3. Manage all affiliate communications.
  4. Continuously think of innovative ways to incentivise affiliates to collaborate/sell for brands on TikTok Shop.
  5. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance the performance and revenue growth of clients' TikTok Shops.
  6. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.

Shop Management:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of clients' TikTok Shops, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
  2. Manage product listings, inventory, and promotions to maximise visibility and sales.

Performance Optimisation:

  1. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to achieve and exceed targets.
  2. Utilise data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance shop performance.

Client Support:

  1. Provide expert guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate and succeed in the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring strategies to meet their goals.
  3. Work closely with the marketing, content creation, and affiliate management teams to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
  4. Collaborate with influencers and other external partners to drive traffic and engagement.

Additional Information:
