As an Account Manager you will be tasked with ensuring our client base is equipped with all the tools and support needed to make the most of the Vistar Media platform.
Become a platform expert for the Vistar Media suite of products
Work across a diverse set of clients, responding quickly and effectively to their needs
Drive uptake of the platform and engagement from buyers of digital advertising and programmatic traders, and ensure seamless ability to transact
Proactively support with optimization and trading recommendations
Run managed service campaigns when needed, ensuring seamless delivery
Proactively set deals across our supply, creating unique proposals for buyers against these
Build strong relationships with our client base
Understanding of digital advertising technology and trading; programmatic, mobile, audio, data, currency tracking and attribution
Trading background
A technical thinker who can translate complex topics into easy-to-understand solutions
Self-motivation, the determination to succeed, and grow a small business unit within an international support framework
Proactive
Agility to respond to differing sales and support needs and requests, business models, and client profiles
A team player, happy to roll their sleeves up to ensure the success of the organization
Calm under pressure, and patient in communicating with people of all backgrounds
